Eagle Roost (originally Shady Acres) sits high on the river bank with gorgeous views of both upstream and downstream, including the "eagle tree" and Mt. Adams.  It has a mixture of sun and shade, all dependent on the time of day. 
River access is close when the water is lower. In the early season, when the river is still running higher, the only beach available is Big Beach, which can be reached by walking or driving.
All sizes of vehicles can fit here, but location within the site will be limited with larger vehicles.
